Reiki has made a huge difference in both my energy level and my health. Ramona suggests ways of tuning into and working with my energy that support me in continuing to feel stronger and more focused every week. Yes, I have to do the work. But her guidance has made that possible. She has helped me to uncover some long term emotional issues that had been seriously holding me back without my being aware of it.
