Well, I would like to invite others to share their ‘attraction’ stories. Here is one of mine to kick things off.
After I had first leased my office space eight years ago, I was standing in the bare naked office trying to imagine how I would furnish it. Suddenly, the phone rang in the office next door to mine. The ring, and the ensuing conversation were pretty loud. As my business requires quiet and privacy, I was pretty dismayed. What had I done? I had signed a lease to an office in which I would not have either it seemed.
As I continued to anguish over this, I realized that the sound was coming through the door that connected our two office spaces. It must be a hollow-core door, I thought. It is resonating the sound. It did not seem to be coming through the wall at all. After the person next door finished his conversation, he left his office to go across the hall. He passed by my open door and stepped in to introduce himself. Noticing my concerned look, I explained what was going on. “No problem,” he said. “Just go to the home store and get some sound-proofing board. Get it cut to size and cover the door with it. Then you just need a bookcase to stand in front of it, and you’re all set.” Well, I thought to myself, I can do the sound proofing bit, but it may take a while to find the right size bookcase. However, I set off to the home store, actually finding a truly helpful person there who cut the board for me, including the cut out for the door knob, and I brought the board back to my office and ‘installed’ it over the door. It was not too attractive, being a rough brown textured and thick composition. I envisioned how nice it would be when I found the right bookcase to stand in front of it, a nice wooden one that would fit snugly into the doorway. I measured it and continued to think of exactly the kind of bookcase I wanted there, not having a clue how I would find one that would work in this most particular spot. I just had a feeling about how nice it was going to be, and I was excited about my office space working out after all. After spending a bit more time thinking about my office and how nice it would look when I got everything in place, I went home.
As I opened the door and stepped across the threshold, my husband called out, “I’m going to have to bring the company truck home tomorrow honey. My friend James from work has a bookcase he wants to give you for your new office.” Now, mind you, I had not even told my husband about the sound problem or the need for a bookcase. The next day, he and James brought the bookcase to the office, and, you guessed it, the thing fit like a glove inside the connecting door frame, completely covering the soundproofing board. From that day onward, I never had another problem with the sound from the other office. It was perfect. The thing I love most about this story is the instant nature of it. There was virtually no lag time at all. I visioned it, I was excited about it, and even though I did not know how it would happen, I just knew it would somehow work out.
Over the next few weeks, I was also gifted with four paintings, a clock, another bookcase, a lamp, plants and other assorted decor items for my office. I was trying to find the right kind of recliner to match my vision at a price I could afford, having just put out a lot for other business start up costs. Long story short, once I remembered to ‘let go’ of it (with an insistent reminder from my dear friend Rick, the founder of this website), the ad showed up the next morning. I wound up with a matched pair of beautiful green recliners for $200.00 total and I was all set to receive clients.
Now, let’s hear some of YOUR stories. The Law of Attraction is working all the time. Sometimes we attract what we fear (when we are not in awareness) and other times, we attract what we want or desire like magic. I would like to create a book of such stories because I believe that we are on the brink of a huge consciousness shift, and such a book may help that shift along. Please share you story here on the blog and if you are also willing to share it in a book format, please send it to me at trancelady@sbcglobal.net. If you have multiple stories, please share them with others. The more we can break down the old mindset around this the more we can co-create a wonderful, abundant and liberated life for all of us on this planet. By sharing our stories, we change the collective consciousness field. Remember the story of Roger Banister and the four-minute mile. Once he broke this ‘impossible’ barrier, many athletes were able to push through it. Our beliefs hold us back. Imagine how great a people we CAN be. Let’s be part of this process together.

Jenny
I have had a little postcard up on my refridgerator of a painting a woman did who publishes children’s books as I planned to call her someday. Last year I went to Asilamar, a retreat by the ocean with a chapel. After seeing The Secret I decided to look around the house to see if I’d attracted anything by having it on my walls. I was astounded when I saw the postcard was of a brown wood chapel with an ocean background like Asilamar.

Thanks for sharing that story Jenny! It is amazing to see how the Law of Attraction is at work in so many ways. Now that you know this is operating in your life, perhapy you will be inspired to bring your enthusiastic intent to it and see what happens next! You mentioned contacting this writer. When is ’someday?’ One of the principles of attracting is to anchor what we want into the stream of time, to take it out of the ‘wishing for’ catagory and bringing it into the manifesting category. If you are moved to, you may want to do an experiment with this and see what happens. If so, share your update!
Best regards, Ramona
